  • Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
Unfortunately, not at the present time.
  • Do you offer shipping?
Unfortunately, not at the present time.
  • How much notice is required to place an order?
A minimum of two weeks notice is preferred, however, I tend to book up quickly. Sometimes I can fit in a last minute order but it is best to inquire as soon as you know the date of your event.
  • What is the minimum amount of cookies accepted for an order?
A minimum of one dozen is required for an order. During pre-sale events cookies will be sold individually or as sets.
  • How do I place an order with you?
Navigate to the 'Order Inquiry' page on my website. I aim to respond to inquiries within 2 to 3 days. I will notify you if the requested date is unavailable.
  • What is your allergen information?
Koo-Weh Cookies is a homebased bakery operating under the New Mexico Homemade Food Act. All products are home produced and exempt from state licensing and inspection. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as and not limited to: dairy, nuts, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and food dyes.
  • Do you offer refunds?
The work on your order begins long before your required date. I check inventory on supplies, tools, order new items if necessary, and start on the design process for you order. All of this takes time to complete. However, in the event you have to cancel an order please review the policies below to see if you are eligible for a refund. You are eligible for a: Full refund if you cancel more than 30 calendar days from your required date.(example: required date 9/30/21; You cancel on 8/30/21; full refund.) Partial refund if you cancel 30 calendar days to 15 calendar days from your required date. I impose a 20% cancellation fee. (example: required date 9/30/21; You cancel on 8/15/21; partial refund.) Full refund in the rare event I cannot complete your order due to an emergency or illness. You are not eligible for a refund: If you cancel 14 calendar days or less from your required date. (example: required date 9/30/21; You cancel on 9/16/21; No refund.) If you are a no show on agreed pickup date and time. If the cookies become damaged after pickup. I recommend not stacking the bakery boxes.
  • How do you collect payment?
Invoices are sent via Square to the email provided on the Order Inquiry form and payment must be received in full to secure your order on my calendar. Invoices should be paid within two days otherwise there is the risk of forfeiting that date if another client submits an order inquiry for the same timeframe. A $20 rush fee will be imposed if an order is accepted 10 calendar days or less from the required date. (ex: required date is 9/30/2021; order date comes in on 9/20/2021; the rush fee will apply)
  • Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Unfortunately there are no discounts on large orders. More work is involved with larger orders and I am only one person. It usually means adding more days to prepping, baking, designing and packaging.
